Ironpeak AI Systems LLC

PawIQ

The AI-native operating system for specialty pet retail

Independent pet retailers run on software built to ring up sales, not to run a business. PawIQ is being built to be the system the business actually runs on — purchasing, inventory, customer and pet records, staff and labor, marketing, storefront — with the intelligence native to it instead of bolted on. It is delivered in stages, so adopting it costs a store nothing on day one.

Where it stands

Ironpeak AI Systems LLC was organized in Utah in March 2026 and operates from Frisco, Texas. The first PawIQ release shipped in June 2026 and has been in continuous production use in an independent specialty pet retailer since — built alongside its owner, a thirty-year pet retail operator, rather than at her. The second release, labor-cost intelligence, shipped in August 2026. Studio opens in beta this September. Pro launches at Global Pet Expo in March 2027.

What it is not

Not a distributor or reseller — PawIQ holds no inventory and sells no pet products. And not an industry benchmark report: every figure PawIQ puts in front of a store is computed from that store's own transactions, never from a peer average.
